From Sunday, May 17 to Saturday, May 23, 2009, Pastor Jamal Bryant will be away on vacation to an undisclosed location. Follow him on Twitter or become his fan on Facebook to get two clues each day about where he is vacationing. Each Twitter follower and Facebook fan will be allowed one (1) chance to guess to where in the world is Pastor Bryant. The person who guesses correctly will win an all-expenses-paid vacation for two to where Pastor Bryant is. The daily vacation clues will be posted on Twitter and Facebook beginning Sunday, May 17, 2009, at 11:59 p.m. EST and the last clue will be posted Friday, May 23, 2009, at 11:59 p.m. EST. Twitter followers and Facebook Fans can submit their one (1) guess at any time between those dates to http://www.jamalbryant.org/whereintheworld.htm .

The winner will be announced on Twitter and Facebook Monday, May 25, 2009. If there is more than one person with the correct answer, then all of the names with the correct answer will be entered into a new drawing and the first name drawn will win the all-expenses-paid vacation to where Pastor Bryant vacationed. The second and third names drawn will win an all-expenses-paid trip for two to be Pastor Bryant’s special guests at the Empowerment Summit in Baltimore, Maryland. The time that the winners will be posted will not be announced in advanced. They could be posted at any time on Monday, May 25, 2009. So be sure to stay connected! Eligibility: All legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older may participate in this contest. By entering this contest you represent to Jamal Bryant Ministries, Inc. that you are at least 18 years of age, a resident of the 50 United States and/or the District of Columbia, and agree to be bound by these CONTEST RULES and to the decisions of Jamal Bryant Ministries, Inc. Further entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity of these CONTEST RULES.

Employees of Jamal Bryant Ministries, Inc., Empowerment Temple AME Church its subsidiaries and/or partners and their immediate families and members of their households are not eligible to participate in this contest.

All decisions regarding the contest, including, but not limited to, selecting winners, will be made by Jamal Bryant Ministries, Inc., whose decisions shall be final.

How to Enter: Entrants must fill out entries on the following URL: www.jamalbryant.org and include any other specific entry information requested in the contest announcement. Jamal Bryant Ministries, Inc. is not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries for any reason. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual tampering, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date.

Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and/or fees that may be incurred. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. The prize must be accepted as awarded and travel completed between July 25, 2009 and February 25, 2010 (based on availability).The vacation black out dates are December 20-December 31st. 2009. Other blackout dates may apply. Cannot be used with any existing reservation. There will be no substitute dates allowed and there is no cash surrender value for the prizes.

This remarkable Prize Package for the winner and guest includes the following:

• Four (4) days and three (3) nights stay;
• A $400 dining credit;
• Round trip coach airfare for winner and guest; and

If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Jamal Bryant Ministries, Inc. may substitute a prize of like or equal value.

By participating in the contest, you agree to release and hold Jamal Bryant Ministries, Inc., its directors, officers, employees and agents, and all prize suppliers harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the contest, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party. Official Notification: Contest winners will be contacted by Jamal Bryant Ministries, Inc. via certified mail. Return of any prize or prize notification as “undeliverable” will result in disqualification.

Winners may be required to sign and return a notarized affidavit of eligibility. Failure to return the affidavit in the time noted will result in disqualification of the entry and forfeiture of the prize

Claiming of prizes requires a certified mail response from the winner within 30 days of being notified by certified mail of winning. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. Jamal Bryant Ministries, Inc. is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s). Each prize winner must supply Jamal Bryant Ministries, Inc. with his/her legal name, mailing address, birth date, daytime and nighttime telephone numbers. In the case of a cash winner, winner must also supply social security number. Upon proper verification of the winner’s identity, winnings will be mailed to winner’s mailing address within seven (7) business days following identification verification.

Waiver of Liability: Winner agrees, except where prohibited, that Jamal Bryant Ministries, Inc. may use winner’s names, picture, portrait, likeness, and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation.
